Restoring the Garden
The outside areas needed attention before the property could be considered ready to let. We removed the old, worn turf from the rear garden, prepared the ground and returfed the area, giving the garden a much cleaner and fresher appearance.
We also completed the same work to a small section of ground near the front door, helping to improve the overall appearance of the property from the moment you approach it.
These improvements made a significant difference to the exterior and provided the new tenants with tidy, usable outdoor spaces.
Wall Repairs and Preparation
Inside the property, a number of walls had holes and other areas that required attention.
Our team filled and repaired the holes, prepared the surfaces and made sure the walls were ready for decorating. Good preparation is an important part of achieving a professional finish, so the surfaces were properly prepared before painting began.
Once the preparation was complete, we painted the required areas throughout the property, leaving the rooms looking brighter, cleaner and ready for occupation.
Removing the Old Carpets
The existing carpets had reached the end of their useful life and needed to be removed as part of the void works.
KL and Sons LTD uplifted and removed all of the old carpets from the property, clearing the floors and helping to create a cleaner environment ready for the next stage of the property’s turnaround.
Final Property Clean
Once the repair, preparation, painting and removal works were complete, we carried out a final clean of all surfaces throughout the property.
This final stage is an essential part of our void works service. Building and decorating work can leave behind dust and debris, so we made sure surfaces were cleaned and the property was left tidy and presentable.
